Why this role?
Michael Page is exclusively partnering with ART Business Loans to hire their first Marketing Manager, a rare opportunity to build and lead a joined-up, insight-led marketing function from the ground up.
This isn't a replacement role. It's a blank canvas.
Right now:
- Marketing activity exists, but isn't fully connected
- PR is generating demand, but lacks alignment
- Referrals (95% of business) need re-energising
- There's a clear ambition to reach new audiences
The opportunity? Bring it all together into a coherent, high-impact strategy.
