We are looking for a smart and driven UK Marketing Manager to support the growth targets for the region. Taboola’s UK team is a dynamic and fast-paced unit of the business. We have exclusive and long term partnerships with leading Publishers such as The Independent, TimeOut, Reach PLC and Future Publishing, and our advertisers include major brand names such as Volvo, Amazon, Canada Goose, Ancestry and many more.

The UK Marketing Manager role is a full-time position, and sits within the EMEA Marketing Team. It requires the candidate to collaborate with different teams including the UK Sales team, Marketing Operations, Content Marketing, Design and others to execute regional marketing plans aimed at driving business growth in the region. This role will allow you the creativity and flexibility to find new ways to accelerate Taboola’s growth, as well as your own.

We’re looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude that has excellent collaboration and written communication skills, and a drive to learn!

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop the marketing strategy & plan for UK on a quarterly basis, to drive regional business growth and maximize both immediate and long-term ROI
  • Build and manage the marketing budget for the UK, finding resourceful ways to optimize impact on a budget
  • Support with the creation and execution of data-based marketing strategies to drive regional business growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI
  • Own sponsored (e.g. MAD//Fest London) and hosted (e.g. Masterclasses) events, from coordinating operations with different stakeholders, and managing our presence to creating impactful content to drive leads and build awareness
  • Plan and execute customer retention activities including client entertainment events and gifting
  • Translate activities into meaningful data and reports using various platforms and tools, like Salesforce and QlikSense
  • Drive PR and communication efforts in collaboration with our PR agency, including turning Taboola’s data into compelling stories for press pick-up
  • Create, grow and monitor local content, such as the Taboola blog and LinkedIn profile
  • Collaborate effectively together with multiple stakeholders from Sales, Account Management and Marketing to understand business goals and execute on marketing objectives in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Taboola’s product positioning, core advantage and unique offering in order to best represent the company to different kinds of external audiences via different channels

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent English speaker
  • 3+ years of experience in owning and leading marketing strategies in a B2B company
  • Thorough understanding of various offline and online marketing channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative self-starter and solution-oriented problem solver
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
  • A team player and comfortable to work with a high degree of autonomy in an ever-changing startup-like environment
  • Experience in event management
  • Comfortable working with remote, international teams
