The Solutions Marketing Manager for Acuity Intelligent Spaces is a highly organized and strategically focused individual responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns for our products. The ideal candidate will ensure campaigns effectively communicate our solutions' value propositions to the ideal customers, while also maintaining a standardized bill of materials (BOM) for each product to support sales teams. This role is essential in keeping all marketing and sales collateral up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with the product's value proposition.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
  • Ensure that sales teams have the tools and collateral they need to communicate product value effectively to prospects.
  • Collaborate with global sales effectiveness teams to identify any gaps in sales materials and ensure that the necessary content is created or updated.
  • Provide training and support for sales teams on how to use marketing materials effectively.
  • Package solution material into relevant vertical marketing collateral in partnership with product management and sales stakeholders.
  • Own product branding (visuals, imagery, and assets) in collaboration with product management and design teams.
  • Support PR and AR efforts for award submissions, industry analyst report questionnaires, trademark registrations, and other campaigns as needed.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote our solutions, including digital marketing, email, events, webinars, and social media. Monitor campaign performance in partnership with global demand team to adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and maximize ROI.
  • Be the SME for product positioning at tradeshows and events run by the global demand generation team while consulting product and sales stakeholders as needed.

Content Development:

  • Create and manage marketing materials, including sell sheets, product data sheets, and solution briefs, ensuring consistency with product positioning and messaging.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for different stages of the buyer’s journey (e.g., awareness, consideration, and decision).
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
  • 3+ years in product marketing experience or 5+ years in a general marketing role
  • Strong storytelling and content creation tailored to channel, audience
  • Previous experience creating content and bill of materials for product and sales enablement
  • Ability to reason through complex scenarios and translate them into value oriented messaging
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or manufacturing industry a plus
  • Fluency in French is a plus
Physical Requirements

Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking or standing is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
