You will lead the regional marketing strategy across EMEA, aligning with sales and product teams to design campaigns that build pipeline and brand presence. Accountabilities:

  • Manage marketing performance through KPIs and ROI metrics
  • Oversee budget planning and vendor management for the region
  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in software, SaaS, or technology sectors, preferably within FMCG or similar industries
  • Strong expertise in field marketing, strategic account marketing, and lead generation
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills in a remote-first setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
