Job summary

Recruitment Solutions South East Ltd seeks a capable marketer for a full-time role near Tunbridge Wells. You will own the marketing strategy and campaigns for a key B2B brand, working across teams to set and achieve objectives.

The position covers content creation, campaign planning, budget management, analysis and reporting, with a supportive team and clear opportunities for career growth. Salary is £35,000-£40,000, Mon-Fri 9-5, modern office with parking and good transport links.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-channel campaigns and brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategy development using performance data and market research to refine marketing strategy.
• Brand management: develop guidelines, content library and tone of voice.
• Content creation: copywriting, graphics, photography and video.
• Campaign planning across channels: websites, social, CRM/email, print collateral, events.
• Cross-functional collaboration to set, measure and report objectives.
• Testing and implementing new tools and techniques.
• Additional duties as required.

In this role, you will take responsibility for full marketing strategy and campaigns for a key b2b brand; working cross functionally to set, oversee and achieve marketing objectives.

Day-to-day duties

• Strategy Development – using performance data and market research to fine-tune marketing strategy
• Brand Management – developing and managing guidelines, content library and tone of voice
• Content Creation – copy writing, graphic, photo and video
• Campaign Planning and Management – integrating cross-channel campaigns , covering websites, social media, CRM / email, print/collateral, events an more
• Working cross functionally on projects to set, measure and report on objectives
• Testing and implementing new tools and techniques
• And much more!

This is a busy and varied role encompassing content, campaign planning, budget management, analysis and reporting, and strategy development. You will work alongside a passionate and like-minded team, whilst empowered and supported to bring ideas
