Job summary

ISR RECRUITMENT LIMITED in Tamworth is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the marketing strategy, drive campaigns, and manage a small team.

The role focuses on increasing customer acquisition through web, CRM and social media, optimising HubSpot as the CRM and marketing platform, and reporting to the CCO and CEO. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong HubSpot experience and relevant industry exposure (tech/engineering/agriculture) is essential.
• Adept in marketing planning and managing social media across channels as a HubSpot super user.
• Experience communicating credibly at senior levels and supervising a small team.
• Direct line management of Graphic Designer and sales and marketing coordinator.
• Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan, keeping CCO and CEO informed.
• Coordinate with CCO, Sales, product and leadership teams for monthly reporting and KPIs.
• Increase customer acquisition via web, CRM and social media; optimise HubSpot as CRM/automation.
• Organise promotional events like trade shows with internal/external stakeholders.
• Create content for social channels and lead the go-to-market strategy for new launches.

Marketing Manager

Tamworth, Staffordshire (Hybrid-Working)

Up to £45,000 Per Year

Skills and Experience:

• Strong HubSpot experience, along with relevant tech/engineering/agriculture industry experience is essential.
• Adept in marketing planning and managing social media across a variety of channels (effectively operating as a HubSpot super user).
• Experience of communicating credibly at senior levels and supervising a small team.
• Direct line management of Graphic Designer and sales and marketing coordinator.
• Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan and keeping the CCO and CEO informed of progress, outcomes and activities.
• Communicate with CCO, Sales team, product team and the senior leadership team about existing and new marketing activities as a part of monthly reporting and measurement presentations.
• Increase customer acquisition via web, CRM and social media, ensure HubSpot is accurately updated and fully utilised. Using your HUBSPOT expertise, you will work closely with the entire business to deliver a new integrated marketing platform for the business with a focus on Campaign Automation, Lead Generation, CRM Management and Analytics and reporting.
• Organising promotional events such as trade shows and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials and products by coordinating with employees, internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and create appropriate content for a variety of social media channels, as well as their go-to-market strategy for new product launches.

The Opportunity:

Operating as a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the marketing strategy and associated marketing activities that promote the organisation's products, services, events and brand. The role drives market awareness, customer engagement and business growth through targeted campaigns, digital marketing, content, social media and lead generation initiatives. A key focus of the role is to increase the volume and quality of leads, expand and nurture the customer database and optimise the use of HubSpot as the organisation's CRM and marketing automation platform.
