Job summary

AMG Nursing & Care Services is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the group’s marketing across the office in Stone. You will plan, create, and deliver campaigns, social content, and branding initiatives to support recruitment and growth.

Based at our Stone, Staffordshire office, this on-site role requires a hands-on, self-starting marketer who can collaborate with branches and senior leadership to tell our story and raise the organisation’s profile in the care sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing role covering social media, content, and campaign delivery.
• Confident creating video content — filming, editing, and publishing.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for design and detail.
• Self-starter who can manage their own workload and deliver at pace.

• Content creation — producing engaging written and visual content that showcases our people, our care, and our brand

• Branch support — working closely with our branch teams across the Midlands and North Wales to capture stories, promote local activity, and support their marketing needs

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership and based at our office in Stone, you will take ownership of AMG's marketing across the group. This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan, create, and deliver, not just manage.

You will be responsible for:

• Social media management — running AMG's social channels day to day: planning content calendars, posting, engaging with our audience, and growing our following
• Content creation — producing engaging written and visual content that showcases our people, our care, and our brand
• Marketing campaigns — planning and delivering campaigns that support recruitment, brand awareness, and business growth
• Branch support — working closely with our branch teams across the Midlands and North Wales to capture stories, promote local activity, and support their marketing needs

About You

• Comfortable travelling to our branches when needed to capture content and support local teams
