E3 Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Manager for a global Engineering & Manufacturing leader. The role is fully remote for candidates in the UK, with responsibilities across European digital marketing, campaigns, and analytics.

You will manage platforms like Shopify, Adobe, and Google Ads, coordinate collateral, and support events while overseeing the European marketing budget and ROI metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Marketing Manager within an Engineering or Manufacturing organisation.
• Experience managing a global brand and working collaboratively with international companies.
• The ability to self-motivate and govern.
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders including foreign counterparts, sales and service centres.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute European marketing activities across digital channels, including website management, SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing and analytics.
• Manage and optimise key marketing platforms and tools, including Shopify, Adobe, Dotmailer, Cognism and Google-based marketing systems.
• Coordinate the creation, production, translation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and effective version control.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers and translation providers to deliver campaigns, social media content, direct mail and promotional activities.
• Support National Sales Companies, distributors, trade shows and customer events with marketing materials, merchandise, samples and campaign support.
• Oversee an annual European marketing budget including planning, forecasting, spend tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with sales, product and international marketing teams to support product launches, maintain marketing plans and measure campaign effectiveness through lead generation, engagement and ROI metrics.

This company operate in 20 countries around the world, manufacturing critical components for a range of industries including Agriculture, Mining, Construction, Power Generation and FMCG.

REMOTE working for candidates located in the UK.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will include:

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £55,000 p/a depending on experience
