Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, production, translation and distribution of marketing collateral with consistent branding.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers and translation providers for campaigns and events.
• Support national sales companies, distributors, trade shows and customer events with materials and campaigns.
• Oversee European marketing budget: planning, forecasting, spend tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, product and international teams to support launches and measure ROI.

Fully remote working + up to 55k + 10% Pension + European travel are just a few of the benefits a Marketing Manager will experience whilst working for this global Engineering & Manufacturing leader.

This company operate in 20 countries around the world, manufacturing critical components for a range of industries including Agriculture, Mining, Construction, Power Generation and FMCG.

This role offers REMOTE working for candidates located in the UK.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will include:

• Lead and execute European marketing activities across digital channels, including website management, SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing and analytics.


• Manage and optimise key marketing platforms and tools, including Shopify, Adobe, Dotmailer, Cognism and Google-based marketing systems.


• Coordinate the creation, production, translation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and effective version control.


• Manage external agencies, suppliers and translation providers to deliver campaigns, social media content, direct mail and promotional activities.


• Support National Sales Companies, distributors, trade shows and customer events with marketing materials, merchandise, samples and campaign support.


• Oversee an annual European marketing budget including planning, forecasting, spend tracking and reporting.


• Work closely with sales, product and international marketing teams to support product launches, maintain marketing plans and measure campaign effectiveness through lead generation, engagement and ROI metrics.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to 55,000 p/a depending on experience
