Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Marketing Manager for a Newcastle under Lyme-based engineering business. You will own the marketing strategy, manage digital campaigns, and drive lead generation to support growth.

This newly created role offers autonomy and collaboration with senior management and external agencies. This role is 40 hours per week, office-based with UK travel, and comes with a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits, including 24 days holiday and bank

Are you an experienced marketing professional looking to take ownership of a company's marketing strategy and make a real impact on business growth?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established engineering business in a newly created role, where you will have the autonomy to develop the marketing function and shape the company's future direction.

This company specialises in engineering and manufacturing solutions for industrial applications. They are now looking to bring their marketing function in house as part of their plans for continued growth.

In this role, you will develop and deliver marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns, improve brand awareness and generate new business leads. You will also work closely with senior management and external agencies.

This role would suit a Marketing Manager or experienced marketing professional with strong digital marketing and campaign management skills, looking for an autonomous and varied position.

The Role:
