Job summary

Vivo Talent Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager for a lighting manufacturing brand. This hybrid North Birmingham role offers the chance to take ownership of the marketing function and shape how the brand is represented.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage LinkedIn and PR launches, create content, and work with senior management to develop and implement plans, with growth opportunities in a supportive, in-house team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing or lighting industry is advantageous.
• Ability to shape and execute marketing plans across channels.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.

We are partnering with a fantastic lighting manufacturing brand that is now bringing its marketing function in-house.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of the company’s marketing activities and make a real impact.

About the Role

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the brand’s marketing strategy across multiple channels. Previously outsourced, this is a newly created position giving you the chance to put your own stamp on how the brand is represented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other social platforms
• Planning and executing PR launches and product campaigns
• Creating engaging content and marketing collateral
• Working closely with senior management to develop and implement marketing plans
• Monitoring performance and reporting on campaign success

About You

We welcome applications from both junior and experienced Marketing Managers. You’ll bring creativity, initiative and strong communication skills. Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing or the lighting industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
