We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Brand Awareness Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in growing our brand presence within the UK market. This role focuses on developing and executing outbound marketing campaigns with the Sales teams that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to business growth.
Location:
Flexible working, Slough office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- UK Sales Support: Work closely with the UK sales team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that support their goals and generate qualified leads.
- Regular Communication: Establish strong lines of communication with the UK sales team through meetings, joint planning, and feedback loops to ensure alignment.
- Understanding Sales Goals: Gain a deep understanding of the sales team's targets, challenges, and priorities to develop supporting marketing campaigns.
- Shared Insights: Share market insights, customer data, and campaign performance data to help refine sales strategies.
- Outbound Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy, including asset creation (ebooks, webinars, white papers), email marketing, public relations, and case studies.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Focus on generating qualified leads, implementing processes to qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Outbound Marketing: Execute outbound marketing activities to reach new audiences and generate interest.
- HubSpot Expertise: Utilize HubSpot for data management, workflow creation, and campaign automation to optimize marketing efforts and track results.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar B2B marketing role with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of outbound marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, specifically in data management, workflow creation, and campaign automation.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
