Are you a strategic marketer ready to lead from the front in a growing B2B manufacturing business?

We’re working with an well-established UK manufacturer known for innovation, quality, and exceptional service—supporting sectors from construction to sport and leisure with precision-engineered solutions. As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive their marketing strategy and strengthen their brand presence across all channels.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced marketer to take ownership of the marketing startegy. You’ll be responsible for leading multi-channel campaigns, managing their HubSpot platform, collaborating with agencies, and building a consistent brand presence across digital platforms.

You’ll also manage and collaborate with the in-house Content Marketer to bring campaigns to life with engaging photo, video, and written content.

Develop and lead B2B inbound marketing strategies to drive qualified leads
Manage HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub – automation, workflows, segmentation, reporting
Oversee and create compelling visual and written content for web, campaigns, and social
Own the SEO and digital content strategy
Manage PPC agency to optimise paid performance
Lead product and service launch campaigns from concept to delivery
Work closely with leadership to align marketing with business goals

What We're Looking For

A confident, hands-on marketer with strong B2B experience
Experience owning the Marketing Strategy
Strong HubSpot / similar CRM expertise
Campaign performance and data analysis skills
Comfortable managing budgets, a direct report and external agencies
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication
Some experience in content creation (video/photo editing is a plus)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per year
