Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is recruiting a hands-on Marketing Manager to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing group in the St Neots area. This role focuses on content creation, digital campaigns and close collaboration with technical teams.

Based in the Cambourne area, with occasional travel to group sites, you will manage websites, run email campaigns via HubSpot and produce marketing collateral while ensuring consistent branding across Group companies.

Qualifications

• Plan, create and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Experience updating and managing websites via a CMS.
• Social media content planning and coordination experience.
• Confident using Canva (or similar tools) to produce marketing assets.
• Excellent written communication skills with proofreading attention to detail.
• Experience with photography and video content (creating content or managing suppliers).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update Group websites content using a CMS (product/service pages, news, SEO, improvements).
• Plan, create and coordinate social media content (content calendars and scheduling).
• Build and deliver email marketing campaigns and workflows using HubSpot.
• Create marketing collateral including case studies, brochures, product/service content and internal comms.
• Own proofreading and quality control across all outbound marketing materials.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights/recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Organise UK and overseas exhibitions, including logistics, promotional materials and pre- and post-show activity.
• Liaise with engineering/production stakeholders to maintain accurate content and consistent branding across Group companies.

Marketing Manager (B2B / Digital / Manufacturing)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Office-based: St Neots - Cambourne area. Own transport required due to location.

Travel: Occasional travel (Visiting Group company sites/events)

Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm Monday-Thursday; 8.30am-4.00pm Friday

• Able to work office-based in their main site located in the St. Neots - Cambourne area
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Proven marketing experience within engineering, manufacturing, production or a similar B2B/industrial environment
• Hands-on HubSpot experience
• Video editing, photography and design skills, using tools such as Canva.
• Marketing qualification (CIM / degree / equivalent)
