Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or CIM qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in marketing, ideally 2+ years.
• Experience with digital marketing channels and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver targeted marketing strategies for developments to generate high-quality leads.
• Create engaging website content and manage property portal listings.
• Produce marketing content across channels, including HTML emails, SMS, blogs, and brochures.
• Support launches of new developments and coordinate activities within budgets and timescales.
• Oversee production of marketing materials with designers and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to inform campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and report insights for improvement.
• Organise events such as open days and exhibitions, including occasional evenings/weekends.
• Stay updated on marketing legislation and implement changes as needed.

Marketing Executive

Location: Eastleigh
Salary: up to £39,400 DOE
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketing professional to join a busy Sales and Marketing team, supporting a range of property developments and resale properties.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering targeted marketing strategies for individual developments to generate high-quality leads cost-effectively.
• Creating engaging website content for developments and individual properties, alongside property portal listings.
• Producing compelling marketing content across multiple channels, including HTML email campaigns, SMS marketing, blog posts, press advertisements, brochures and other digital assets.
• Supporting the launch of new developments and phases, coordinating marketing activity and events within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Managing the production of high-quality marketing materials, working closely with graphic designers and external suppliers.
• Collaborating with internal sales and customer service teams to ensure they are informed about current and upcoming marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing key findings with the wider team.
• Organising and promoting marketing events, including open days, exhibitions and promotional activities, with occasional evening or weekend attendance when required.
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and supporting the implementation of any necessary changes to marketing procedures.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and creative marketing professional who can manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.

To be considered, you should have:

• A degree in Marketing, a CIM qualification and/or at least two years' experience in a marketing role.
• Experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns, HTML marketing, SMS campaigns, blog posts or similar digital content.
• Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns and managing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• A creative mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the confidence to contribute new ideas.
• Experience using digital advertising platforms, content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of your responsibilities.

Experience in property marketing and organising promotional events would also be advantageous.
A full driving licence with appropriate business insurance, or the ability to travel efficiently to customer visits and meetings, is also required.
