An established and rapidly growing construction, refurbishment and compliance services business is seeking a creative, driven and highly organised Marketing Manager to join its expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping brand strategy, promoting a diverse range of services and supporting continued business growth across multiple business divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging marketing content, managing digital channels and supporting the delivery of a wider marketing strategy.

The role will also involve visiting live project sites across the UK to capture content and showcase completed works, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied and hands-on marketing position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging online and offline marketing content.
• Design and maintain sales and marketing collateral across multiple business divisions.
• Manage and regularly update company websites.
• Create, schedule and monitor content across social media platforms.
• Visit live project sites to capture photography, video and project updates.
• Support brand awareness initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, professional and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist with the development and implementation of wider marketing strategies.
