Job summary

A global luxury beauty brand is seeking a Marketing Manager for the UK and Eire responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies, leading a team, and managing the marketing budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in digital marketing, and a background in beauty or luxury. Office location in W1, with a flexible work arrangement allowing 4 days in-office and 1 day work from home.

Qualifications

  • Management experience in Beauty/Luxury is preferred.
  • Strong digital marketing experience across multiple channels.
  • Previous work experience in the UK is required.
  • Experience in negotiating Trade marketing plans.
  • Excellent understanding of retail, social media, CRM, and digital media.
  • Willingness to travel within UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategies for retailer activations.

Marketing Marketing Manager UK & Eire Sisley

LEAD RESPOSABILITIES

  • Responsible for end-to-end marketing plans for the UK and Ireland, encompassing everything from initial planning and execution to performance monitoring and reporting; including sampling initiatives, Gift With Purchase (GWP) programs, event management, and CRM/consumer engagement strategies.
  • Define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for retailer activations, encompassing both online and offline channels.
  • Support Head of Marketing and PR on leading negotiations for trade marketing packages while fostering strong and collaborative relationships with retailers to maximise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and PR to manage, monitor and analyze the marketing budget, investments and promotions, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Drive performance and manage the e-retail executive and the marketing & consumer engagement executive to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Reports directly to the Head of Marketing and PR, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies, and deputizes for the Head of Marketing and PR as needed. Any other duties deemed necessary by Management.

  • Excellent understanding of retail, social media, CRM, loyalty, and paid digital media.
  • Ability to travel within UK & Ireland.
