At TST, we create learning experiences that are Designed to Stick.
By combining behavioural science, creativity, data and design, we help some of the world's leading organisations build capability, change behaviour and achieve lasting impact.
Our Marketing team is at the heart of sharing that work with the world.
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to turn our marketing strategy into an ongoing content engine. You’ll own the content and campaign calendar end to end, from whitepapers and slide decks for events, to blogs, email campaigns and social content. Working alongside the Head of Marketing and line managing the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll deliver an integrated programme of marketing activities for lead gen, nurture and brand awareness.
If you love creating great content, thrive on keeping lots of plates spinning and want to see the commercial impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
As Marketing Manager, you’ll work across TST’s full suite of products and solutions.
You’ll:
- Plan and own the content calendar across whitepapers, blogs, email, social and webinars, keeping a consistent flow of fresh and evergreen content through the funnel, all in TST’s tone of voice.
- Lead flagship pieces such as whitepapers, trend reports, toolkits and event slide decks from brief to launch, working with our Chief Innovation Officer and Head of Marketing, and coordinating subject‑matter experts, our creative team and PR agency.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to plan campaign content and insight aligned to our marketing and commercial strategy, drawing on external research and expertise from our Solutions team and Chief Innovation Officer.
- Champion quality and brand consistency across everything we put out.
- With support from our Marketing Coordinator, build and maintain always‑on, segmented email nurture workflows in HubSpot.
- Monitor lead volume and quality, hand sales‑qualified leads to Client Development and report regularly on campaign performance.
- Keep website content fresh and on‑brand, working with our SEO agency on optimisation and keyword research.
- Manage our events programme, from budget tracking and on‑site delivery to post‑event follow‑up.
- Create targeted collateral and insight for client‑specific opportunities, balancing Sales requests against the core content calendar.
- Line manage and develop our Marketing Coordinator, delegating and quality‑checking campaign planning, content production and event and awards admin.
- Report monthly on campaign and channel performance against pipeline and budget targets, and keep data clean across our CRM and calendar tools.
You’ll measure success by content and campaigns delivered against the calendar; leads generated, nurtured and passed to Client Development; email engagement and conversion rates; event and award success and ROI; and campaign performance against objectives.
This role could be for you if you...
- Love bringing structure to complexity.
- Thrive on building trusted relationships.
- Take ownership and make things happen.
- Enjoy collaborating with creative, commercial and subject‑matter experts across the business.
- Have a natural curiosity and like to stay on top of what’s happening in the business and the wider L&D industry.
- Get a buzz from seeing great content turn into real commercial results.
You'll also bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, including managing multiple nurture campaigns at once.
- A track record of delivering flagship content (whitepapers, trend reports, toolkits, slide decks) from concept to launch.
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform, plus a CMS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for brand consistency and quality.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect with people and teams across the business.
- Confidence analysing campaign data and presenting performance to senior stakeholders.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and reactive requests alongside planned, long‑term work.
- A degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in L&D, professional services/consultancy or the HR/talent space.
- Working knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience running events, conferences or awards programmes.
- Experience using AI tools to draft and repurpose content at scale.
- Line management or mentoring experience.
- A professional marketing qualification such as the CIM Diploma (or working towards one).
We're proud of the culture we've built.
You'll be joining a collaborative, ambitious and supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together. We invest heavily in our people, encourage continuous learning and give our people the opportunity to work with some of the world's most recognisable brands on meaningful, varied and creative work.
Alongside a competitive salary, you'll receive:

- Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
- Learning allowance for books, courses, podcasts and subscriptions
- Employee Assistance Programme (including 24/7 GP access)
- Birthday day off
- Life insurance
- Regular wellbeing and social events
