Cierti in London is seeking an exceptional Mobile first Paid Acquisition Manager to drive growth for an AI-led, mobile-first consumer tech business. This broad, hands-on role covers paid acquisition, brand, performance marketing, CRM, retention, experimentation and conversion optimisation.

You will be hands-on with campaigns and platforms, with 5+ years in tech/mobile/app/subscription marketing, and a commercial, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in tech or consumer tech.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Hands-on with paid and organic campaigns across platforms.
• Experience with mobile app acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
• Familiarity with AI, automation and data-driven experimentation.

Responsabilités

I’m looking for an exceptional Mobile first Paid Acquisition Manager to join an ambitious AI-led, mobile-first consumer technology business in Central London.

This is a genuinely broad, hands-on growth role covering paid acquisition, brand, performance marketing, content, CRM, retention, experimentation and conversion optimisation.

Must haves:

• Mobile first experience
• Direct B2C marketing execution
• Native creator/influencer marketing
• Directly managing and executing paid/organic campaigns and mobile app acquisition

But there’s an important difference. AI will sit at the heart of both the product and how this person approaches marketing.

We’re looking for someone who understands how AI, automation, data and experimentation can be used practically to make marketing faster, smarter and more scalable and not someone that has simply added AI to their CV.

Someone who sees AI and automation to improve campaign performance, analysis, content, experimentation, customer acquisition and decision-making.

Experience:

• Someone with 5+ years' marketing experience, within a tech first, consumer technology, mobile app or subscription-led business.
• You'll need to be:
• Commercial and highly analytical
• Comfortable getting hands-on with campaigns and platforms
• Experienced across acquisition and the wider customer lifecycle
• Obsessed with testing, learning and improving performance
• Comfortable operating at pace with significant ownership
• Already using with AI in your day-to-day marketing tasks
