LaunchGood is actively looking for a Marketing Manager!

LaunchGood is a global crowdfunding platform dedicated to supporting Muslims in launching good across the world by helping them raise funds for their initiatives. We believe Muslims can be a wellspring of solutions and have incredible values to share with the world. We are building a dynamic team and seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand, increase customer engagement, and generate revenue. You will collaborate closely with teams across Customer Success, Product, Brand, and Ads to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Deliverables
  • Develop and execute seasonal and evergreen campaigns (e.g., Ramadan, Dhul Hijjah, GivingTuesday) to enhance brand awareness and meet marketing objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Design teams for seamless campaign execution aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate content creation brainstorming sessions to produce creative marketing materials.
  • Manage content for the content calendar, including email marketing and social media, to engage target audiences.
  • Assist in training fellows for seasonal programs and delegate tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies for new products and features across marketing channels to maximize adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and BizDev teams to create marketing collateral, maintaining consistent brand messaging and visuals.
  • Build automated customer lifecycle flows to personalize experiences and boost retention and loyalty.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to generate leads and nurture prospects through awareness to conversion.
  • Track campaign attribution, perform A/B testing, and analyze engagement and revenue metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Manage new feature launches to increase adoption among new and existing customers.
  • Oversee newsletter distribution for all campaigns, focusing on ongoing optimization for engagement.
  • Perform other marketing activities as needed to support organizational objectives.

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience with a proven success record.
  • Experience with crowdfunding tech and/or PLG companies is highly desirable.
  • Background in marketing or communications with solid principles and tactics knowledge.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana.
  • Experience with MarTech tools such as Braze, Iconosquare, Looker, Heap.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Design proficiency with tools like Figma is a plus.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion for contributing positively to crowdfunding and the LaunchGood mission.
