The role spans the Collaboration and Sustainability divisions, focusing on solutions such as:

  • Collaboration: Unified communications, Contact Centre Solutions, Business Mobiles, Connectivity, Business Voice, AV, and Meeting Room Solutions.
  • Sustainability: Net Zero Journey, Energy Procurement, Energy Optimization, and Energy Compliance.

This position supports inbound sales methodologies for new customer acquisition and cross-selling initiatives, working within the central Marketing team with support from Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, and Events teams. The role involves performance marketing aligned with sales, account management, and telemarketing teams to drive new logo acquisition, white space expansion, and business retention.

The role is based in Ewloe, with travel to other offices or client sites as needed. It requires a hybrid working model, with onsite presence three days a week and the ability to commute to Ewloe.

What you’ll do

As part of our Marketing, Collaboration, and Sustainability teams, you will develop, plan, create materials, and run multi-channel campaigns to meet funnel targets and drive business metrics.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop content-rich marketing programs targeting specific audiences and propositions in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Establish clear analytics and KPIs in partnership with our Business Intelligence team to measure activity success and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and suppliers to craft compelling stories for new products and features.
  • Maintain key content areas such as the website, social media channels, and product literature.
What we are looking for?

Essential:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT and Technology sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering positive ROI and impactful results.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Marketing-specific qualifications.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with world-class vendors on collaborative campaigns and funding.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights and Sales.

Personal Skills:

  • Clear communicator, personable, and articulate.
  • Resilient, independent, resourceful, and flexible.
