We’re looking for a commercially savvy Marketing Manager to lead standout campaigns, supercharge lead generation, and elevate our HR Solutions brand.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our HR Solutions challenger brand – shaping how it’s positioned in the market, creating impactful campaigns, and helping to fuel commercial growth. You’ll also support the WorkNest Inside Sales and Partnerships teams, ensuring our marketing strategy translates into real revenue.

What We’re Looking For

As Marketing Manager for HR Solutions, you’ll lead the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive measurable impact. You’ll work closely with colleagues across sales, service delivery, partnerships, and product to ensure our message is clear, targeted, and aligned with business goals.

You Will

  • Build and deliver integrated marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and build brand presence.
  • Translate audience insight and market research into compelling content and campaigns across email, paid media, content marketing, events, PR, social, and more.
  • Lead on optimising the HR Solutions website, supported by our digital team, to maximise conversion and support inbound lead flow.
  • Support the sales and partnerships functions with relevant sales enablement materials including toolkits, landing pages, proposals, and email sequences.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with strong ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use insights to continuously improve messaging and delivery.

You’ll also help champion marketing excellence within the business – supporting adoption of tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and Monday.com to keep projects on track and results transparent.

About You

You’ll have a strong foundation in B2B marketing, ideally within a demand or lead generation environment. You’re confident managing the full marketing lifecycle – from planning to execution – and have experience translating strategy into results.

What You’ll Bring

  • A track record of developing and delivering commercially focused marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital and offline channels
  • Confidence in managing budgets and third-party suppliers
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or similar automation tools), and project management platforms like Monday.com
  • Excellent messaging and copywriting skills
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders
