Confidential, a Birmingham City Centre marketing agency, is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies aligned with client goals and SME needs.

You will present strategic recommendations and campaign performance to clients, monitor ROI, and mentor Marketing Executives under the Marketing Director. The role offers a hybrid pattern: four days in the office and Friday work from home with a 4pm finish.

Qualifications

• Agency experience delivering B2B marketing.
• Solid understanding of PPC and SEO.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
• Knowledge of the full marketing mix; HubSpot and inbound marketing are advantageous.
• Track record of ROI and business growth.
• Familiarity with management tools such as Trello.
• Ability to commute to Birmingham city centre.
