Bruntwood SciTech in Birmingham is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Birmingham portfolio marketing strategy and hands-on campaigns. You’ll own marketing plans for Centre City, McLaren, Cornerblock and other sites, coordinating across teams to achieve lettings and retention targets.
You’ll act as brand guardian for Bruntwood SciTech, develop integrated campaigns with central teams, and drive lead generation while engaging with senior stakeholders.

You’ll be based at our Centre City office in the main and travel to our our sites which are all in close vicinity.

Supporting the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for marketing Bruntwood SciTech’s award-winning Birmingham portfolio which includesall the assets outlined above. The role is very much a hands on marketing role, taking accountability and ownership of Marketing for the Birmingham portfolio, curating marketing plans as well as executing them.
