Job summary

CONDUCTR is seeking a strong, hands-on senior marketer to build and lead the marketing function across the CONDUCTR Group, including CONDUCTR, Game Volt and CONDUCTR Originals.

You will move between strategy and delivery, owning brand positioning, messaging and multi-audience content to articulate the value of our technology, creativity and venues.

Collaborating with senior leadership, you will connect marketing activity to commercial aims, driving growth and reinforcing our market distinction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading marketing for complex B2B groups.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Experience building marketing functions from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall group marketing strategy across CONDUCTR brands.
• Build the marketing function from the ground up with new processes.
• Align marketing plans with commercial ambitions and leadership.
• Create clear messaging for different audiences and propositions.
• Lead thought leadership and content across channels.
• Manage agencies and external partners effectively.
