Conduct is looking for an early growth brand/marketing generalist to help build the company’s identity from the ground up. You’ll ensure CIOs, engineers, and future teammates know who Conduct is, with projects spanning content, campaigns, and partnerships.

We sponsor visas and welcome diverse teams, based in London and NYC, moving fast with ownership and high tempo. You’ll translate ideas into bold, high-impact outputs across channels.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Great writing and copywriting skills across formats.
• Strong analytical instincts to measure impact and iterate.
• Sharp taste: distinguish between good and great work.

Responsibilities

• Help build Conduct's brand from scratch for the enterprise market.
• Ghostwrite impactful LinkedIn posts and orchestrate campaigns reaching senior buyers.
• Negotiate and coordinate external partnerships and ad placements.
• Brief agencies on product launches and growth initiatives.
