Based in Burgess Hill, the role involves learning from cross-functional colleagues, managing newsletters, assisting with logistics, and developing sales enablement materials while building practical industry experience.

You will be involved in a variety of activities to support the department as well as having the opportunity to manage your own standalone projects.## **The Opportunity**In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the Marketing team, working closely with members from across the department to execute our projects and activities. Specifically, you will:* Manage the central marketing inbox, ensuring internal and external enquiries are actioned promptly* Assist with event planning, campaign execution and on-the-day logistics* Curate, design and distribute regular internal newsletters and company memos* Develop, organise and maintain sales enablement collateral* Raise purchase orders and assist with other financial budget administration* Coordinate print production requests and the ordering of branded promotional materials* Build and update internal intranet content* Provide flexible, ad-hoc support for the marketing department.## **Who you are**We’re looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm, integrity, and plenty of initiative. You’ll be highly organised, efficient and keen to get stuck into a wide variety of tasks.Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you must be comfortable balancing daily operational responsibilities with broader creative support.
