Job Description:

A global delivery app is seeking an additional Manager for their Consumer Growth team as a maternity cover starting September.

The team ensures a seamless experience for app users to encourage higher engagement. Focus areas include promotions, running weekly and monthly campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance using various tools.

This is a data-driven, high-performing, and high-growth team with skills in marketing, merchandising, and insights.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across formats (email, CRM, in-app)
  • Analyze and track performance, making creative adjustments as needed
  • Develop in-app merchandising strategies for shop layouts and seasonal promotions
  • Deeply understand customer voice and collaborate with Product teams on new developments
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Merchandising roles
  • Experience in a tech company, ideally app-based, is highly desirable
  • FMCG product experience is beneficial
