The Role:
Forming a core part of the Data and Technology Team, the Infrastructure Delivery Lead will be responsible for the delivery of Building Infrastructure Projects across our Retail assets.

The Location: This role is based in London, Victoria, and offers hybrid working, with majority of the working week in the office. We recommend discussing arrangements with the hiring manager to find the best fit for both you and the role.
The Team:
This role will report to the Data and Tech Change Portfolio Director and will involve travel to multiple sites across the country.
What you will be responsible for:
Define Technical requirements & work with Supplier to build delivery roadmap
Act as a key interface between technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
Provide technical input and challenge proposals to ensure high-quality outcomes
Translate complex technical concepts into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure smooth handover to support teams
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Define Success Criteria, associated KPIs and tracking methods
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage Project schedules and work plan
Provide Programme and Project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Accurate & timely status reporting
Your skills, experience and qualifications:
Essential criteria
Experience of working of as an Infrastructure Delivery Lead/Project Manager within the built environment.
Experience of successfully managing the delivery of both small-scale rapid delivery projects and large-scale or complex projects.
Work within value streams and Centres of Excellence, aligning project goals with business strategy
Experience of Managing Technical & M&E Projects.
Delivery of Wi-Fi, digital & wayfinding projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent) preferred
Technical Systems & Business Project delivery experience
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Full project lifecycle delivery experience
Experience of delivering customer facing services and rolling out pilots with clear measures of success
This is a FTC role for 11 months.
