Qualifications

• 0-2 years' experience or a degree in marketing, communications, environmental science, conservation, or a related field (internships and placements count)
• Genuine interest in digital marketing and how PR, social, email, and content fit together
• Comfort picking up new tools quickly; exposure to Webflow, HubSpot, Figma, GA is a bonus
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Well organised, able to juggle tasks, work at speed and ask for help when needed
• Passion for sustainability, conservation, or environmental issues; not required if eager to learn
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to get involved in varying tasks

Responsibilities

• Support campaign delivery across email, social, and digital channels
• Keep the website current with simple content updates in Webflow and upload blogs/case studies
• Assist with content creation: social posts, blogs, case studies, email copy; basic design edits
• Help manage HubSpot: build email sends, update contact lists and workflows, basic reporting
• Provide sales support: update collateral, one-pagers, presentations; keep materials organised
• Assist with reporting: pull performance data from GA and HubSpot for regular reports
• Get involved in events, PR, and research; training provided to grow skills
