Job summary

NatureMetrics in London seeks a Marketing Assistant to support the full marketing mix. This is an excellent entry point for recent graduates or early-career marketers to gain a broad skillset across PR, social, email, and content.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Executive, helping with campaigns, website updates in Webflow, blog edits, case studies, and basic design tasks. Training will develop your capabilities and confidence.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years' experience or a degree in marketing, communications, environmental science, conservation, or a related field (internships and placements count)
• Genuine interest in digital marketing and how PR, social, email, and content fit together
• Comfort picking up new tools quickly; any exposure to Webflow, HubSpot, Figma, Google Analytics (GA) is a bonus
• Strong written communication skills and a good eye for detail
• Well organised, able to juggle tasks, work quickly, and ask for help when needed
• Passion for sustainability, conservation, or environmental issues (preferred)
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to get involved in various tasks

Responsibilities

• Support campaign delivery across email, social, and digital channels
• Keep the website current with content updates in Webflow, blogs, and case studies
• Assist with content creation: draft social posts, blogs, case studies, and emails; support basic design edits
• Help manage HubSpot: build email sends, update contact lists and workflows
• Provide sales support: prepare collateral, one-pagers, and presentations; keep materials organized
• Assist with reporting: pull performance data from Google Analytics and HubSpot
• Get involved in events, PR, research, and other team tasks; training provided
