The role may involve travel to overseas events and exhibitions to manage Hunter's marketing presence.

Key Responsibilities
Brand and marketing materials
  • Maintain consistent use of Employer's brand across company materials, presentations, brochures, signage and promotional items.

  • Keep marketing materials and digital assets organised and up to date.
Events and exhibitions
  • Plan and coordinate marketing requirements for events, exhibitions and customer activities, including stand branding, banners, promotional items and supporting materials.
  • Liaise with event organisers, suppliers, photographers and videographers to confirm requirements, schedules and access arrangements.
  • Attend selected UK and overseas events to oversee Hunter's marketing presence and support the event team.
  • Coordinate post-event content, including photographs, video and social media updates.
Digital marketing and content
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media schedule, including preparing and publishing relevant content.
  • Coordinate updates to the company website to ensure that information, branding and project content remain accurate and current.
  • Gather information from Sales, Projects and Engineering teams and develop it into suitable marketing content, such as project profiles, news items and case studies.
  • Arrange photography and video content with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Monitor engagement and activity across digital channels and provide regular updates on results and opportunities.
Internal communications and coordination
  • Work with HR on internal branding, company announcements and employee communications.
  • Coordinate marketing requests from across the business, clarify requirements and manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues across Sales, Projects, Engineering and other departments.
  • Support other marketing and communications activities as required.

  • Experience briefing and coordinating external suppliers, such as designers, printers, photographers or videographers.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or another technical B2B business is strongly preferred.
  • A marketing, communications or business qualification is desirable; relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, website analytics or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to events, including overseas, when required.
Key Competencies
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage several requests at once.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Good relationship-building and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Sound judgement when applying brand standards and handling company information.
  • Creativity and an interest in developing engaging content.
