You will oversee social media, create content, and collaborate with the in-house studio to produce visuals while supporting nationwide events and reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create engaging content across channels.
• Experience managing social media strategies and campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective project management with ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Marketing: Promote events and hiring initiatives via content and social channels.
• Internal Communications: Create and distribute messages across platforms for employees.
• Social Media Management: Oversee company accounts and craft engaging posts (paid & organic).
• Content creation: Write, edit, and liaise with in-house studio for visuals.
• Project Management: Develop content for print and digital platforms with creators.
• Event Support: Support HR events nationwide and manage merchandise distribution.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track performance and provide actionable insights.
• Request Management: Monitor marketing inboxes and respond promptly.
