Job summary

WE Talent in Chelmsford is seeking a Marketing Executive to own a broad range of marketing duties and help develop the company’s brand and communications.

You'll create content for social media and the website, support campaigns and events, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing activity consistently. This role suits a hands-on marketer keen to grow within an established business.

Salary ranges £28,000–£35,000 DOE with a 4-day week, 8am-5pm, plus benefits.

• Previous marketing, communications or similar role.
• Strong written communication and content creation.

Chelmsford £28,000 - £35,000 DOE 4-day working week

Are you a creative and organised marketer looking for a role where you can really get involved and make a difference?

We're working with an established business in Chelmsford that is looking for a Marketing Executive to join its team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a wide range of marketing activity and help develop the company's brand and communications.

You'll be involved in everything from creating engaging content and managing social media, through to website updates, marketing campaigns and events. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure marketing activity is delivered effectively and consistently.

There will also be an element of customer communications, including supporting customer feedback and communications around the services the business provides, ensuring messaging is clear, professional and aligned with the company's values.

This would suit someone who enjoys a varied role, likes getting stuck in and is keen to develop their marketing experience within a supportive and established business.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in marketing, communications or a similar role
• Has strong written communication skills and enjoys creating engaging content
• Is confident using digital marketing channels, including social media and websites
• Is organised, accurate and comfortable managing a varied workload
• Can confidently work with different teams and external contacts
• Has a proactive, hands-on approach and is happy working independently
• Is keen to learn, develop and take on more responsibility
• Has good attention to detail and takes pride in the quality of their work

Experience within financial services or insurance would be useful but is not essential.
