Job summary

Lipton Media is seeking a Marketing Executive for events in London, offering hybrid working and a pathway for growth within a market-leading b2b events business. You will contribute to planning, coordinating and executing marketing plans to ensure products reach the right audiences.

On joining, you’ll work with the Marketing Manager, explore content marketing and media partnerships, and apply your creative drive to deliver successful campaigns while gaining a solid grounding in B2B events

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level; ideally a marketing or related degree.
• Experience or internship in B2B events marketing is a plus.
• Strong time and project management with ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing plans to reach target audiences.
• Report to Marketing Manager and assist with content marketing and media partnerships.
• Manage day-one projects, budget allocation and marketing objectives.
• Build relationships with media partners and other stakeholders in the events ecosystem.
• Support fundamentals of B2B events marketing and contribute to campaigns.

Role

The marketing executive will play an integral part in the marketing team, responsible for planning, coordinating and executing marketing plans to ensure products reach the right people at the right time.

You will report to the Marketing Manager and have the opportunity to get involved in content marketing as well as building important and lasting media partnerships for the business.

On day one you’ll be given a range of projects, a budget, and an objective. There are many opportunities for a creative individual who is looking for a challenge. The role is also the perfect opportunity to get a solid grounding in the fundamentals of b2b events marketing.

Profile of Candidate

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level (red brick university) and ideally have some previous b2b event marketing, be this an internship or short-term work experience.

In addition, you willneed excellent time and project management skills, strong communication and negotiation qualities and above all, an enthusiasm to co-ordinate the‘nuts and bolts of marketing’.

We are looking for people who are really going to contribute and add value and not paint by numbers.
