The QHotels Collection is seeking a creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join our award-winning marketing team. Working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager and agency partners, you'll help deliver engaging campaigns that connect with our leisure and corporate audiences.

You’ll plan paid media, create content, support website enhancements, and analyse campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a digital marketing role.
• Loves bringing campaigns and creative ideas to life.
• Enjoys balancing creativity with data and performance.
• Is naturally curious and keen to keep learning.
• Can confidently manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and external partners.
• Is organised, proactive and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
• Has experience using a CMS or is confident learning new digital platforms.
• Enjoys testing new ideas and isn't afraid to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Plan eye-catching paid media campaigns and create engaging content for third-party platforms.
• Support exciting website enhancements and analyse campaign performance.
• Influence how our brand appears across digital channels and continually test new ideas to improve engagement and results.
• Develop an understanding of SEO, website optimisation and digital performance with support from experienced colleagues and agency specialists.

What will I do?

Working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Digital and Marketing Teams and specialist agency partners, you'll help deliver inspiring digital campaigns that connect with both our leisure and business audiences.

• From planning eye-catching paid media campaigns and creating engaging content for third-party platforms, to supporting exciting website enhancements and analysing campaign performance, no two days are the same.
• You'll have the opportunity to influence how our brand appears across digital channels, contribute creative ideas, and continually test new ways to improve engagement and results.
• While you'll develop an understanding of SEO, website optimisation and digital performance, you'll be fully supported by experienced colleagues and agency specialists as you build your skills.
