This is a pivotal role as you’ll be the first impression a customer will have! No cold calling!

You’ll focus on maximising MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and Group opportunities through new and existing enquiries whilst meeting client expectations. Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Hospitality experience or knowledge desirable
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Maximise MICE and Group opportunities through new and existing enquiries while meeting client expectations.
• Serve as the first impression for customers, delivering excellent service and support.

• On target earnings - you could earn up to an additional £3,500 on top of your salary!
• Monday to Friday role – hours of work will be between 8.30am-6.00pm
