Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish high-quality, compelling, and unique copy for various marketing channels, including website content, PPC ads, email campaigns, press releases, business awards applications, and case studies across diverse industry sectors.
• Assist in creating and implementing the social media plan, generating engaging content to expand our audience.
• Support digital marketing and SEO activities for multiple websites.
• Assist the HR team with recruitment campaigns for apprenticeships and internal vacancies.
• Source and write stories for company newsletters and produce internal news for the intranet.
• Organize events such as trade shows, golf days, recruitment evenings, awards ceremonies, and fundraising events.
• Create HTML emails to support digital marketing efforts.
• Edit video clips for social media and website landing pages.
• Assist the marketing team with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador for our companies, both internally and externally.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Excellent English writing skills.
• Enthusiasm for social media and marketing.

• Strong organizational and digital skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Relevant qualification in Marketing, PR, Journalism, or English, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably with industrial/engineering knowledge.
• Knowledge of SEO is advantageous.
• Experience in writing copy for PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Paid Social Campaigns.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, and Magento; training will be provided.
• Experience creating technical content for websites.
• Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and TikTok.
• Experience planning and managing events such as exhibitions and corporate functions.
• Valid driving license, as the role involves visiting our Engineering Academy and other sites periodically.
