Headliners Recruitment in Oxfordshire is seeking a Marketing Executive for a permanent role with a salary up to £35,000. You will create engaging content, support email campaigns, manage social media, and help maintain brand consistency across materials.

The role covers blogs, press releases, CRM activity, events and opportunities for professional development, with a hands-on, collaborative approach across channels. Occasional weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing or marketing communications role.
• Strong writing, proofreading and organisational skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media and email campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Zoho, and content management tools.

Responsabilités

• Creating engaging marketing content, blogs, newsletters and press releases.
• Supporting email campaigns, CRM activity and lead-nurturing journeys.
• Managing social media content and monitoring campaign performance.
• Maintaining brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
• Supporting video production, exhibitions, events and open days.
• Researching market trends and identifying opportunities to improve engagement.
