Neos Networks is seeking a Marketing Executive in Reading to support our integrated campaigns and brand initiatives. This role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days from home and exposure across the full marketing mix, reporting to the Marketing Director.

You will gain hands-on experience in campaigns, digital marketing, events, PR, analytics and customer engagement, helping deliver impactful campaigns that drive business growth.

• Strong written and verbal communication, with brand voice alignment.

Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive Neos Networks offers alternative working arrangements that give employees some flexibility, including office, home and hybrid working. Location: Reading (Hybrid working with 2-3 days from home) Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, finances and family life. Working Pattern: Permanent full time – 37 hours per week

Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with our Campaigns team, you'll gain hands-on experience across campaigns, digital marketing, events, PR, communications, analytics and customer engagement activities. What You'll Be Doing

You'll have:

• Experience working in a marketing environment, with a genuine desire to develop your skills and build a career in campaign marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to brand tone of voice
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• A passion for learning and developing your marketing expertise
• Confidence working with data, reporting and customer insights
• A collaborative mindset and positive attitude

It Would Be Great If You Also Have A Business, Marketing or related degree, or equivalent experience

• Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Eloqua or Marketo
• Exposure to inbound marketing and email campaign activity
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and campaign targeting
• Agency management experience (desirable but not essential)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
