Job summary

Neos Networks is seeking a Marketing Executive in Reading to support our integrated campaigns and brand initiatives. This role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days from home and exposure across the full marketing mix, reporting to the Marketing Director.

You will gain hands-on experience in campaigns, digital marketing, events, PR, analytics and customer engagement, helping deliver impactful campaigns that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and report insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with brand voice alignment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
• Supporting events, PR, communications and brand initiatives
• Working closely with Campaign Manager to execute and optimise campaigns
• Creating and coordinating engaging content aligned with the brand voice
• Managing marketing data, campaign reporting and lead tracking
• Supporting marketing analytics and performance measurement
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive campaign success
• Working with external agencies across social media, SEO, PR and website activity
• Supporting budget management and marketing administration processes
• Using customer insights and data to support campaign targeting and segmentation
