  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads are followed up and progressed
  • Track campaign performance, lead sources and marketing effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate marketing and lead data within CRM systems
  • Attend exhibitions, events and demonstrations to support marketing and lead generation activity
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support campaign development
  • Provide ideas and recommendations to improve marketing performance and lead quality

  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of lead generation and marketing performance
  • Confident using CRM systems and marketing tools
  • Creative, proactive and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • A relevant marketing qualification or degree would be advantageous, although practical experience will be equally valued
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial due to occasional events and travel requirements
What’s on Offer:
  • Salary between £35,000–£40,000, depending on experience
  • Hybrid working following successful completion of probation and training
