Job summary

HF, a forward-thinking law firm, is seeking a Marketing Executive in Manchester. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office, and a permanent contract. You’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns, content creation, events, and stakeholder engagement across channels.

Join a dynamic Business Development & Marketing team that values collaboration, creativity and delivery of measurable impact for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

Experience in a marketing, communications or similar support role.
Able to plan and deliver marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content for multiple channels.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Express, Illustrator).
Experience supporting marketing campaigns and events.
Familiarity with CRM systems, websites, social media and email platforms.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
Create and schedule digital content across websites and social media platforms.
Draft and produce marketing materials, client communications and presentations.
Assist with the organisation and delivery of internal and external events.
Work closely with the Business Development team and wider stakeholders.
Maintain marketing data and support reporting and analysis activities.
Contribute to a variety of marketing projects while managing competing priorities.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, the team is responsible for raising HF's profile, strengthening our brand, supporting client engagement and delivering impactful marketing and business development activity across multiple channels. It's a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity, organisation and innovation are valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Marketing Executive, you'll support the delivery of HF’s marketing strategy, helping to raise the firm’s profile, strengthen client engagement and deliver impactful marketing activity across a variety of channels.

What do I need?

Experience in a marketing, communications or similar support role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to produce accurate and engaging content
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Express and Illustrator
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Experience supporting marketing campaigns and events
Experience creating digital and marketing content
Familiarity with CRM systems, websites, social media and email marketing platforms
Experience working within a professional services environment
Understanding of marketing performance reporting and analysis activities
A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
