If you’ve got experience in marketing within a professional services business and are near to any of the major Northern cities of Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool, then this is a great opportunity to join a purpose‑led, award‑winning organisation. Part of a well‑structured marketing team of around 20, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple channels while contributing to the delivery of impactful, high‑quality marketing campaigns.

This Marketing Executive role offers the chance to work with experienced specialists across digital, communications and events, supporting strategic marketing initiatives and helping to bring the firm’s vision to life. You’ll be a key part of a collaborative, innovative and ambitious team.

About You

• Proven experience in a marketing role within a professional services or business services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experienced in email and CRM systems such as HubSpot for newsletter distribution and other campaigns.
• Confident working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Enthusiastic about learning new skills and contributing creative ideas.
• A genuine team player who thrives in a busy, fast‑paced environment whilst taking autonomy and comfortable working remotely for much of the week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Marketing Manager in the delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Coordinating the creation of marketing materials, including digital assets, brochures and adverts.
• Assisting with email newsletters, content coordination and campaign builds through the CRM.
• Working with events to ensure consistent brand presence across live, hybrid and digital events.
• Liaising with external designers, video producers and suppliers to deliver high‑quality outputs.
• Managing administration including invoice tracking, project timelines and campaign planners.
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all communications.

Where You’ll Be Based

With multiple offices across the North, you can base yourself from home for much of the week and attend whichever office is most convenient for you the rest of the time. You will also need to be open to travelling to other offices across the North if required. Offices are located in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and near Preston.
