Confidential is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join a busy marketing team in Chelmsford. You will own social content, email campaigns, website updates and digital activity to boost brand awareness and online engagement across multiple property brands.

With at least two years in marketing or social media, you will craft engaging content, manage paid campaigns, and analyze performance to drive results from our Chelmsford office.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media
• Strong understanding of social platforms and managing multiple accounts
• Experience creating and managing paid social campaigns, ideally using Meta Business
• Good knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
• Experience managing website content, ideally using WordPress
• Strong copywriting, content creation and communication skills with attention to detail
• Confident using analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and make recommendations
• Highly organised, proactive and creative with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Create engaging content including social posts, videos, graphics, blogs and website content
• Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, newsletters and digital communications
• Monitor social media and digital performance, producing reports and recommendations to improve engagement
• Support paid social campaigns including audience creation, campaign set-up and performance analysis
• Liaise with branches and internal teams to gather property information, coordinate marketing activity and support events and publications
