Job summary

Connells-Group-2 is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across London & Prime, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

You will work with the Marketing Manager and team on campaigns, content, events, communications, and day-to-day activities across Sales, Lettings and Auction.

Qualifications

• Previous marketing experience or a marketing-related qualification desirable.
• Experience supporting campaigns, events, or content creation beneficial.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience within property, retail, hospitality, or service-led businesses advantageous.
• Interest in the residential property market desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR, events and local marketing channels.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaign assets.
• Coordinate content updates across websites, social media platforms, and marketing channels.
• Help ensure marketing activity is delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines.
• Support communications for customers, stakeholders, and colleagues; assist with brochures, presentations and campaigns.

Job description

The Marketing Executive supports the delivery of marketing activity across London & Prime, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, the role will assist in the execution of campaigns, content creation, events, communications, and day-to-day marketing activities across Sales, Lettings and Auction.

Scope

Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and projects across London & Prime, ensuring activity is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with brand standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers to support business objectives and the overall growth of the London & Prime brand.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Support

• 1. Assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR, events, and local marketing channels.


• 2. Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaign assets.


• 3. Coordinate content updates across websites, social media platforms, and marketing channels.


• 4. Help ensure marketing activity is delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines.

Communications & Brand

• 1. Support the creation of marketing communications for customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.


• 2. Assist with the production of brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and promotional materials.


• 3. Help maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing activity.


• 4. Support office launches, events, sponsorships, and local marketing initiatives where required.

Experience & Qualifications
