Job summary

Streets Ahead Group in Croydon is seeking a creative Marketing Executive to drive our brand presence across digital and traditional channels. You will plan campaigns, manage social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, and craft engaging content for email, our website and property listings.

Working closely with our videographer and photographer, you will produce compelling visuals, monitor campaign performance with analytics, and support lettings and sales teams with marketing

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within property or a client-facing industry.
• Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone across platforms.
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or similar.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics to measure campaign performance.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Keeping up to date with the latest marketing trends and identifying new opportunities for the brand.
• Supporting the lettings and sales teams with marketing materials and collateral as needed.
• Managing relationships with any external suppliers or agencies.

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Executive at Streets Ahead:
