Streets Ahead Group is seeking a creative Videographer & Photographer to capture our property portfolio and brand across listings and marketing channels. You will shoot and edit high-quality photos and video, ensuring properties look their best and align with our strategy.

Based in Croydon, travel to sites is required. Proficiency with Lightroom and Premiere Pro and a strong portfolio are essential for delivering polished content on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in photography and videography, ideally within property or a related industry.
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual content work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality content.
• Full UK driving licence (essential) and local Croydon travel.

Responsibilities

• Visiting properties across the portfolio to shoot high-quality photos and video walkthroughs.
• Editing and producing polished photo sets ready for property listings.
• Creating engaging video content including property tours, social media reels and promotional material.
• Working closely with lettings and sales teams to present properties at their best.
• Managing and organising a library of photo and video assets.
• Shooting team and company content for use across social media platforms.
• Keeping up with trends in property photography and videography.
• Deliver content to a high standard within agreed timeframes.

A Day in the Life of a Videographer & Photographer at Streets Ahead:

• Visiting properties across our portfolio to shoot high-quality photos and video walkthroughs

• Keeping up with the latest trends in property photography, videography and social media content
• Ensuring all content is delivered to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
