Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the company’s marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Support planning, delivery and execution of brand initiatives, ensuring high quality and deadlines.
• Execute annual activities including campaigns, creative development, video/CGI, literature, advertising, direct mail, PR, events and POS.
• Manage Social Media & Website improvements and email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate external agencies and suppliers to ensure delivery within budgets and standards.

Requirements

• Min 2-3+ years B2B Marketing Experience.
• Degree in Marketing, Business or related subject.
• Ideally experience of marketing in construction or manufacturing sector but will consider other sectors.
• Experience managing social media channels and coordinating marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
• Ability to learn technical information and communicate it in a simplified & accessible way.
• Strong people, project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, driven to succeed and strong interpersonal skills.
