Job Summary
You will assist in creating, coordinating, executing, and maximizing online and offline, global demand generation activities. This role involves planning and implementing regional and global events, including trade shows, roadshows, and webinars. You will execute global demand generation activities such as email campaigns, webinars, and other events. Additionally, you will serve as the communication hub internally, working closely with Sales and Strategy to effectively market Netcracker solutions.

Reporting to the UK-based Events Manager, the Marketing & Events Specialist will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Strategy teams.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Assist in implementing, executing, and managing marketing projects supporting the company’s and global sales’ objectives.
  2. Work with corporate marketing and sales to define and support regional marketing and lead generation strategies.
  3. Organize all events, exhibitions, and hospitality activities as per the calendar, within the marketing budget, and develop project plans with critical analysis dates.
  4. Manage stock levels of marketing materials to ensure adequate supply.
  5. Assist in creating, designing, and implementing demand generation programs, including content development.
  6. Source, organize, and manage trade shows and seminars from conception to on-site management and follow-up.
  7. Manage mailing campaigns efficiently.
  8. Collaborate closely with global marketing, sales, and strategy teams.
  9. Manage marketing spend within the allocated budget.
Experienced & Requirements
  1. 2-4 years of relevant marketing/events management experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  2. Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities on regional and global scales.
  3. Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and work independently as well as part of a team.
  4. Creative, passionate, and self-motivated attitude.
  5. Proficiency in synthesizing information from various sources.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  7. Flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse activities.
  8. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  9. Proactive, high-volume work handling capacity.
  10. Proficiency in MS Office and quick learner of internal software systems.
  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required.
